About the Event
We are gathering trading firms such as Optiver, Flow Traders, IMC, and more to one large job career event in April 2026. The goal is to inspire students and spark interest through lots of workshops, games, competitions, job stands, and more. The event targets 200-250 students with a STEM background and will take place in a large space in Amsterdam with sub-rooms for sub-sessions with a smaller group of students (20-30 students).

Trading is at the heart of what we do. We focus on developing practical skills in market making, high-frequency trading, quantitative finance, and algorithmic strategies. Through our market making games, quant desk workshops, and real-world simulations, we help members prepare for careers in trading firms and develop the analytical mindset required to excel in fast-paced financial markets.

That is one quote that always stuck by me. Compounding not only exists in financial markets but also in knowledge and connections. That is what we try to achieve at the Amsterdam Investment Club.
I am a Master's student in Financial Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam. I always enjoyed investing and financial markets but wanted to share my passion with others.
The goal of the Amsterdam Investment Club is to connect like-minded individuals who share a similar passion. The club is accessible to everyone, from beginners to experts. The club is here to organize events for both sides, to offer something for everyone.
We are currently growing very rapidly and I look forward to meeting all of you at the next event! Thank you for being here.
