About the event

We are gathering trading firms such as Optiver, Flow Traders, IMC, and more to one large job career event in April 2026. The goal is to inspire students and spark interest through lots of workshops, games, competitions, job stands, and more. The event targets 200-250 students with a STEM background and will take place in a large space in Amsterdam with sub-rooms for sub-sessions with a smaller group of students (20-30 students).

What's to learn?

The event brings together leading trading firms for workshops, games, competitions, and job stands. Together with a wide range of companies, we provide interesting speakers, cases, and speeddate sessions to make this edition a networking event to remember! Paul has started his career on the open outcry derivatives trading floor in Amsterdam. After the migration from floor to screen trading in 2003 he moved into the Securities Operations division.

After heading the physical securities division and the acquisition of the Euronext vault operations by Euroclear, Paul moved into a commercial role covering Northern Europe relations for Euroclear Bank.

In 2012 Paul was tasked to set up the sales strategy for the bank in the Americas and moved to New York for 10 years. After successfully expanding the commercial footprint, he returned to Europe to build out the primary markets relationship team.

In 2023 Paul re-joined the Euronext Amsterdam, primarily responsible for trading and post trade relations in combination with product development to establish the Euronext growth across Europe.
