He studied Technology Management at the Technical University of Eindhoven and spent nearly a decade as an options trader and trainer at Optiver. During this time, he developed deep insight into financial market dynamics and a strong passion for teaching.

Currently, he works with proprietary trading firms, training graduate traders and professionals in options theory and trading. In addition, he offers individual and group courses for aspiring traders preparing for roles at prop firms, as well as for active traders looking to refine their strategies or incorporate options into their portfolios.

Vincent Vis

Vincent graduated as a mathematician and joined Optiver as a market maker in 2011. He served trading roles at different market leading firms in his career, including IMC and Maven Securities.

At all firms, Vincent has been in-house corporate trainer too. Currently, Vincent specializes in options & volatility, whereby he is managing a cross-asset book.

Finally, Vincent serves the Dutch/Belgian retail community through DeAandeelHouder.nl and through his venture limitlong.com, he works for the financial industry as trainer and advisor.

Martijn Bron

With more than 26 years of experience at Cargill, Martijn built his career across sourcing, trading, and risk management, eventually serving as Global Head of Trading for Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate.

Since leaving Cargill, he has continued to work across the commodity industry as an independent expert, advising companies on recruitment, trading, and risk management challenges.

Alongside this, Martijn has become a leading public voice in Dutch finance and commodities as a LinkedIn Top Voice, co-host of the Strong Source commodity podcast, and frequent commentator on markets, money, and economic behavior.

Thijs is Head Trader, Digital Assets at VanEck, with over eight years of experience across trading and fund management in digital assets. Currently supporting VanEck's active funds, focusing on execution, strategy, and navigating evolving crypto market structure.

Through his experience, Thijs will share valuable insights into trading digital assets at an institutional level, how active strategies are implemented, and what it takes to manage risk and liquidity in fast-moving markets.

Kasper van de Kamer

I have been at Da Vinci for over 3 years now. I studied econometrics in Groningen before I joined as a full-time trader on the US desk. We trade financial instruments on US exchanges by applying position taking strategies.

Through his experience, Kasper will be able to share valuable insight into the day-to-day activities of a trader and what it takes to find an edge in US markets.

Paul Noordam

Euronext Amsterdam

Paul has started his career on the open outcry derivatives trading floor in Amsterdam. After the migration from floor to screen trading in 2003 he moved into the Securities Operations division.

After heading the physical securities division and the acquisition of the Euronext vault operations by Euroclear, Paul moved into a commercial role covering Northern Europe relations for Euroclear Bank.

In 2012 Paul was tasked to set up the sales strategy for the bank in the Americas and moved to New York for 10 years. After successfully expanding the commercial footprint, he returned to Europe to build out the primary markets relationship team.

In 2023 Paul re-joined the Euronext Amsterdam, primarily responsible for trading and post trade relations in combination with product development to establish the Euronext growth across Europe.
